The Xtragen S-Band SATCOM Antenna (Model No. XT-SBTXRXAV1-21) is a high-performance compact antenna engineered for satellite communication applications. Designed and manufactured by Xtragen Technologies Pvt. Ltd., this antenna operates efficiently across the 2560 MHz to 2690 MHz frequency band, covering both SATCOM transmit and receive ranges.

Built on a 1.6 mm PCB substrate, the antenna features a compact, lightweight design (<0.2 kg) ideal for integration in field communication systems, UAVs, defense-grade communication equipment, and satellite tracking systems. It offers hemispherical radiation coverage with excellent roll-off characteristics, ensuring stable and reliable communication performance across varying elevation angles.

The antenna provides Right-Hand Circular Polarization (RHCP) with an axial ratio below 3 dB, maintaining high signal integrity even under multipath and polarization mismatch conditions. With an antenna gain of ≥ 4 dBic and a VSWR of 1.4:1, it guarantees efficient power transfer and minimal signal reflection. The gain performance at ±45° remains ≥ 2.5 dBic, ensuring wide-angle coverage and consistent data transmission and reception.

In addition to the main S-band functionality, the XT-SBTXRXAV1-21 can accommodate an optional square dual-band antenna for IRNSS L5 and GPS L1 operation (25x25 mm ceramic patch). This optional integration provides a compact and versatile solution for multi-band GNSS and SATCOM applications.

The antenna is designed to perform reliably in extreme environmental conditions, with an operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C. It features an SMA or U.FL connector interface for flexible cable connection and can be mounted securely using screw-based mounting options.
